It’s been a year since All American installed a new boiler in my home. While my old heating system was a constant expense and worry, the new system All American installed has restored my peace of mind. The new boiler has significantly reduced my monthly gas bills. I can set it and forget it, its operation trouble-free, quiet, and seamless. Its computer-controlled operation keeps my house comfortable not only in winter, but in summer when cold nights contrast warm afternoons. All American’s techs were always courteous, informative, and cleaned up carefully when their work was done.

My wife and I had a hot water heater go out on us two weeks after closing on our home and of course the Home Warranty didn't cover hot water heaters. We called All American Heating & Plumbing and Jon and Eric Quickly came to the rescue. The new (and more efficient) hot water heater was installed the next day. the next year, when our boiler began to fail, we called again and they quickly came and evaluated our system. What I liked best was the fact that they gave us all our options...including installing a new and more efficient system. We decided to have them install a new, efficient system. They began the work on schedule, kept us informed of the progress, completed the work as promised and kept the work space clean. they even arranged financing for us with a 6 month interest free loan. i compulsively kept records of our therms used for 1 year before and 15 months after the new boiler was installed. We have enjoyed monthly savings of between 15%-25%.

    Diane and I purchased our four-bedroom, two story home in Breckenridge in the winter of 2001-2002. Constructed in 1990, the heat source for our home was a 120'000 BTU lennox forced air furnace. We had never been able to maintain a comfortable temperature in our home during the winter months.
    We had attempted many solutions for this problem. We installed a 40'000 BTU direct vent fireplace insert in the living area on the first floor, restricted the heat flow to the second floor in order to capture as much heat as possible in the main living area, and utilized space heaters in the bedrooms. During the winter months, the high temperature in the main living area was 66 degrees with upper 50's in the second floor bedrooms.
    In December 2008, after receiving a "cold temperature alert" from our alarm system, we fortunately contacted John and Eric at All American Heating. After assessing our situation, they recommended a 120'000 BTU Rheem Prestige Series 90 Plus Modulating Gas Furnace with the promise of a comfortable home and reduced heating cost.
    All American was everything you would hope to find in a successful business in today's business environment. They were price competitive, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, timely, and courteous.
    BUT, then came the SURPRISE! During the final phase of installation, the new furnace was not meeting their expectations. After testing and analysis, they determined that there wasn't adequate capacity in the cold air return ducting to satisfy the demands of the furnace. this was a problem that had existing since our home was constructed in 1990 John and Eric could have said "We did our job as promised, but you have a problem." They didn't. They did say, "We will fix it at no additional cost." We promised you a comfortable home and reduced heating cost and that is what we are committed to deliver." They succeeded!
    During the remainder of the winter, Diane and I, our family and friends have enjoyed new found comfort throughout our home while our heating cost have been reduced by more than half.
    All American Heating was the surprise we needed!

After using several plumbers/services/companies we were quite lucky to encounter All American Heating, inc. for maintenance of our previous system that had the unique ability to cease function every February and provide us with more than usual problems and expenses. Although All American Heating, Inc. kept our old system "healthy" for several years, we decided change was necessary. They gave us options and suggestions with helpful guidance. We choose a complete overhaul of the system/room (Eric had many a bruise and likely concussion during maintenance). The overhaul went well and their recommendations, as always, superb. Since we have utilized their services with old and new equipment for some time, I have observed professionalism enhanced by continuous training, knowledge enhanced by honesty, and the ability to inform in understandable language. I have seen excellent work ethic by courteous enjoyable people who almost need to kick me out of their work space in order to accomplish their job. When they say they will do something, they do their very best no matter the conditions/environment/weather.

A few years back we had a problem with our furnace on a sunday and All American Heating was the only one I could get through to that would come out and take care of my problem. We continued to have problems that the original company could not fix, therefore we contacted All American Heating again and have had to replace our unit. They have responded very quickly to any questions and concerns that i have.
